Zinc Apartments and Indigo Magnolia shine

Two Owners Corporations and their committees won big at the NSW Apartment Awards for Excellence.


Indigo Magnolia took out the People’s Choice Award as well as the Enduring category.

Samantha Reece, CEO of AAA stated that the building, amenities and gardens were beautifully maintained despite being 14 years of age.


“The proactive nature of the Indigo Magnolia committee, their impressive financial records, their extensive offering of community groups and fabulous tolerance levels meant that they were a shining light that we would like other OC’s to replicate.”


Zinc Apartments walked away with the impressive Innovation and Technology category.

Champion Nathan Hage has led the OC to an environmental sustainability that impressed the judges.


Installing LED lights, solar panels, and electric vehicle charging stations, this OC is now investigating batteries to assist them not only to be self sufficient but generate an income to offset maintenance costs.


Samantha stated that Zinc  Apartments demonstrated that you could adapt to new technologies and create a win win for all involved.


“Apartment owners need to be aware that by keeping pace with advancements in environmental initiatives they maintain the value of their building at the same time as enjoy financial benefits.”


The AAA would like to congratulate both Owner’s Corporations for demonstrating leadership in the NSW sector.
